It is necessary for CCGs, such as South West Lincolnshire Clinical Commissioning Group, to have strong relationships with a range of health and care partners in order to be successful commissioners within their local health and care systems to improve quality and outcomes for patients.
Each year NHS England conducts a survey to find out how CCGs are doing locally, this is known as the 360° Stakeholder Survey. Each year NHS England commissions Ipsos MORI, an independent research agency, to conduct the survey.
The responses to the survey provide CCGs with insight into key areas for improvements in their relationships with stakeholders and provide information on how stakeholders’ views have changed over time.
Stakeholders are asked a series of questions about their working relationships with each CCG which has nominated them.

The survey for 2018/19 is currently open and the results from this survey will be available shortly.
