Patients who may need to use the services of the Urgent Care Unit at Sleaford Medical Group will benefit from extended opening hours over the Christmas and New Year Holidays.
Treating patients with urgent but non-life threatening injuries, including a range of minor injuries - for example, minor cuts and grazes, sprains and strains, minor head and limb injuries – and other conditions including respiratory, bites and stings, infections, muscle, and abdomen/digestive, the Urgent Care Unit will be open as follows:
- Saturday 23rd December – 8am to 8pm
- Sunday 24th December – 8am to 8pm
- Monday 25th December – CLOSED
- Tuesday 26th December – 8am to 8pm
- Saturday 30th December – 8am to 8pm
- Sunday 31st December – 8am to 8pm
- Monday 1st January – 8am to 8pm

It is important to remember that the Urgent Care Unit is not able to manage severe injuries or severe breathing problems – if you experience either of these you should call 999.
