About The CCG

South West Lincolnshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is a group of GPs from 19 GP practices in Grantham, Sleaford and surrounding villages including Ruskington, Ancaster and Corby Glen.

Two surgeries in Bottesford and Croxton Kerrial, just over the Leicestershire county border, are also part of our CCG.

Clinical Commissioning Groups came into statutory form on April 1 2013. default You can find a diagram explaining the new NHS structures here (101 KB) .

We are working together to improve the quality and delivery of services for our patients and to reduce health inequalities across the area.

High quality services should be easily available to everyone and the health professionals that work in our CCG are well placed to lead the development of local health services.

Our CCG has it's own budget to plan and buy the health services for people living in our area.
